    How Much Would Microsoft Pay for DoubleClick?

    The online ad giant is on the block, and many are saying that Microsoft will be the buyer. But as Om Malik points out, that may not be the best deal for MSFT -- AOL is DoubleClick's biggest customer and would likely walk away. Here's another clue: Don Dodge from Microsoft openly questions whether this is a good deal.

    Our bet: questioning the deal helps Microsoft. They may get the company for less than the $2 billion that has been floated.
