Garrett Rogers makes a good case for why Google Apps makes sense for consumers, not the enterprise. But the suite may have another sweet spot -- SMBs. At TCG (we're still in the SMB bucket -- give us some time), the suite has been forced on me, by all sides (partners, staff, and the occasional client). Recently, I relented, and I am happy I did. Once you get used to the idea, it makes a lot of sense -- easy to create, easy to store, easy to share. Not to mention "free." Works for me.
